Sponge silicone extrussion process

MEREFSA has started up a new extrusion line for the exclusive manufacture of sponge silicone products (square, rectangular or shaped profiles, cords and tubes) that allows us to supply any type of shape under drawing or sample, different densities (from 0.25 to 0.8 gr/cm³), colors and formulations for high temperatures (up to +250 ºC) and others suitable for food contact (FDA).

It is a flexible and highly compressive material that provides sealing solutions and adapts to irregular surfaces and extreme working conditions. In addition, our sponge silicone profiles can have adhesive faces for a better fixation.

Thanks to this line and our modern machining plant, we are able to execute your requests within competitive manufacturing deadlines.
