Founded in 1967 through the entrepreneurial spirit of the Senart family, MEREFSA has been a benchmark in the fluoropolymer industry. Initially located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), in 2015 the company moved its facilities to Sant Boi de Llobregat to expand its production capacity.

Throughout its history, MEREFSA has established itself as a pioneering company in the manufacturing of silicone and PTFE products, as well as in the marketing of their derivatives.

Scope of Our Projects

At MEREFSA, we have extensive experience in developing and executing complex industrial projects, covering a wide range of applications in the technical processing of silicone and PTFE. Our advanced technological infrastructure, consisting of state-of-the-art machinery, enables us to perform comprehensive processes including customized mixing and additive incorporation, high-precision extrusion, compression molding, vulcanization processes, specialized welding, precise die-cutting, as well as laser die-cutting and CNC machining.
