As silicone manufacturers in MEREFSA we carry out multiple rubber processes: mixture (raw material preparation section), silicone extrusion (section for the manufacture of profiles, cords and silicone tubes), welding and compression molding (section for the manufacture of all types of finished parts, plates, inflatable joints, welded joints, etc.), die cutting and cutting.
As for the PTFE manufacturing processes, at MEREFSA we perform compression molding (PTFE bars, tights, tubes, films and plates), FEP and PFA heat shrink wrapping, powder and liquid paint spraying (non-stick and anticorrosive coatings section) and the mechanized of all kinds of highly specialized technical plastics.
In addition, MEREFSA sells PTFE impregnated glass fabrics (from which we manufacture tapes, bands, meshes, zone-tapes, custom cut rolls for welding and die-cut die cut sheets), encapsulated silicone or FKM gaskets in FEP and PFA, thin-walled tubes, corrugated pipes in PTFE, FEP and PFA and, finally, sheets and expanded PTFE profiles.
