At MEREFSA, we offer Kamlock®-type encapsulated gaskets with a silicone or fluoroelastomer core and an FEP coating, designed for static applications. With square or rectangular sections, they are the standard solution in the chemical industry, as they prevent chemical attack and extend their lifespan, ensuring safe and long-lasting performance.

Product main features

We offer encapsulated gaskets for Camlock-type closures, designed for static applications and made with a silicone or FKM core, allowing them to be adapted to various industrial needs. These gaskets provide excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, and durability, ensuring effective sealing in demanding environments.

SILICONE: Excellent flexibility, resistance to extreme temperatures with a range of -60 °C to +260 °C, and FDA certification, ideal for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
FKM: High chemical resistance to oils, solvents, and acids, with a thermal range of -20 °C to +204 °C, recommended for demanding industrial environments with exposure to aggressive substances.

The FEP coating on these gaskets provides an exceptional chemical barrier, ensuring their stability in various applications. Additionally, the use of a PFA jacket allows for higher thermal resistance of up to +260 °C, along with better resistance to pressure, friction, and abrasion, surpassing the properties of FEP.
