We are taking our production to the next level with the addition of Colmec's Conical Twin Mixer (CTM™). This machine ensures consistent, uniform mixing of silicone by combining mixing and compression in its conical chamber, and eliminating variability caused by human intervention.
Our process is now more efficient, faster, and maintains the highest quality standards.
You can see how the machine arrives at Merefsa and is unloaded at our facilities. Additionally, we show how the raw material and additives are fed into the machine via a conveyor belt, performing a weighing, formulation / batch control, ensuring a constant and accurate flow into the mixing chamber. The result is a perfectly homogeneous compound, ready to be extruded and transformed into our high quality products such as silicone tubes, inflatable seals, sealing profiles, metal core co-extrusion profiles and sealing gaskets.
