Product Information

We offer a wide range of features, from hardnesses of 20 to 85 Shore A in compact HTV to densities ranging from 0.25 gr/cm³ to 0.8 gr/cm³ in sponge HTV. Additionally, our advanced formulations guarantee exceptional mechanical resistance, allowing operating temperatures ranging from -90 ºC to +315 ºC.

We comply with international standards for non-toxicity and safety, including FDA, BfR, and EN 45545, ensuring the highest quality products for demanding applications.

Co-extrusion

From the combination of solid and sponge HTV silicones to the integration of different formulations, hardnesses, colors, and materials such as metal or textile inserts, our Technical Office and Machining team designs and manufactures custom profiles according to the specifications and needs of each customer.
