In the manufacturing process of sealing and containment gaskets, we perform custom cuts or according to standards, adapting to the specific needs of each customer. We can manufacture gaskets, washers, or silicone parts using various techniques, including die-cutting, manual cutting, water jet, or blade, ensuring precision and quality in every piece. Additionally, CNC-controlled water jet cutting allows us to produce even a single unit from a CAD drawing, offering fully customized solutions.

While our specialty is silicone and PTFE, we also supply die-cut flat gaskets and washers in a wide range of rubbers (FKM, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CN, CR, PU, etc.), engineering plastics (PA, PE, PP, PVC, TVT, etc.), and compressed cardboard. We work in accordance with international standards such as DIN, ASA, ASME, and API, and depending on the selected materials, our gaskets can be suitable for food contact, complying with the required safety and hygiene standards in the industry.

Fabrication

We have our own section for the manufacture of molds, tooling, and dies, which allows us to offer an agile and dynamic service, with reduced delivery times and highly competitive prices. Our team is composed of highly specialized personnel in the fabrication, cutting, and welding of flat gaskets, supported by precision machinery designed to cut sealing gaskets according to customer specifications.

Materials and Cuts

We invite you to check our extensive stock of sealing gaskets and die-cut flat gaskets in compressed cardboard, as well as flange gaskets manufactured in accordance with DIN and ASA standards. Additionally, upon request, we can make custom cuts of flat gaskets and washers according to other standards, subject to minimum quantity requirements. As manufacturers specialized in silicone extrusion and molding, we offer the possibility of manufacturing silicone washers cut from tube, allowing us to provide a complete range of cut products with maximum precision and quality.

Furthermore, we have the capacity to produce in a variety of materials such as compressed cardboard, fluorocarbon rubber, FKM, rubber, EPDM, nitrile, and natural rubber, adapting to the specific needs of each industrial application.
