Welded silicone sleeves

The silicone sleeves we manufacture at our facilities stand out for their high resistance and excellent finish. They are produced from welded silicone sheet, and the manufacturing process varies depending on the sleeve wall thickness:

• Overlap Welding: applied to sleeves with a wall thickness between 0.3 mm and 1.5 mm.
• End-to-End Welding: in this method, the ends of the sleeve are joined without overlapping, used for wall thicknesses from 2 mm to 15 mm or more.

The joining of our sleeves is done through an exclusive hot vulcanization process, ensuring greater adhesion and tensile strength. As a final step, we reinforce the joint with an external overlap strip, ensuring a perfect and durable finish.

Essential characteristics

Our designs guarantee a flawless sealing and product transfer solution, adapting to the specific needs of each application.

• Variety of sizes: we manufacture straight, conical, or custom geometries according to customer requirements.
• Variety of compounds: we have a permanent stock of compact silicone sheet in white, tile red, blue, and black colors, with thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 12 mm and hardnesses of 40, 50, and 60 Shore A. Upon request, we can manufacture in other hardnesses, colors, and qualities. Additionally, we offer specialized options such as silicone for very high temperatures (THT) and detectable silicone, among others.
• Certified material: we use food contact compliant silicone, meeting FDA regulations, ensuring safety and quality in industrial and sanitary applications.

Silicone sleeves offer great versatility and ease of installation, adapting to various industrial applications. Their most common uses include:

• Transfer of powder or granule products.
• Transportation of food products.

• Correction of misalignment in ducts.
• Silo outlets.

Additionally, we offer the possibility to customize each sleeve with laser marking, allowing identification with specific references according to the customer's needs.
