Product Information
Inflatable silicone gaskets are made from high-strength, non-toxic silicone, ensuring durability and optimal performance in industrial applications. These seals are supplied in a deflated state and, when air pressure is applied, they expand to contact the surface to be sealed. Once the pressure is released, the gasket automatically returns to its resting position.
This mechanism makes them a highly effective solution for sealing applications where traditional methods, such as mechanical elements, are not viable or efficient, providing a secure seal that adapts to different needs.
Applications
Our inflatable silicone gaskets are designed to solve applications that require a quick and efficient sealing cycle, as well as situations where the tolerance between the surfaces to be sealed is too wide or an airtight or fluid seal is needed. Thanks to their high sealing capabilities, they are especially suited for environments where stringent hygienic procedures must be followed, in compliance with European non-toxicity regulations, FDA standards, and, for the railway sector, in accordance with EN 45545 standards.
These gaskets are ideal for a wide range of equipment and industrial applications, such as watertight tanks that require frequent opening and closing, sterilization and industrial autoclaves, sealed doors in clean rooms, and various clamping, lifting, or pressure applications in industrial environments.
Inflated and Production
Our pneumatic seals can be inflated with a high-quality metal valve available in two lengths. They can also be manufactured with a silicone hose to facilitate inflation with air or other liquids or gases.
Customization
To differentiate your product from the competition or to facilitate internal use and maintenance, we offer the possibility of supplying custom inflatable gaskets with text or logo laser-engraved or color-printed using silicone transfer technology.
Additionally, we offer a wide range of silicone profiles suitable for making inflatable gaskets, in a variety of qualities, hardnesses, and colors, adapting to the specific needs of each application, thanks to our specialization in the sector.
Valve
In our machining section we can make metal valves in different lengths according to the customer's needs. Our manufacturing standard is 21 mm and 35 mm long.
