Reinforced silicone tubes represent a prior alternative to the use of silicone hoses reinforced with stainless steel braid. Although their pressure resistance is lower, they stand out for being more flexible, lightweight, and clean to handle, allowing for very tight bending radii without the risk of obstruction. Additionally, they offer a more economical solution, maintaining excellent performance in various industrial applications.

Types of Silicone Reinforced Tubing
We can supply platinum-cured silicone tubing, reinforced with polyester or fiberglass (from Ø3 mm to Ø15 mm) or with exclusive fiberglass insertion starting from Ø16 mm. These tubes are externally coated with high mechanical strength transparent, red, blue, or black silicone, or platinum-cured silicone, providing excellent durability and flexibility.
Our reinforced silicone hose complies with FDA regulations according to CFR21 section 177.2600, ensuring its suitability for food contact and medical-grade applications. Its exceptional resistance to wet heat and the non-stick properties of silicone make it particularly useful for sterilizable processes.
For orders over 200 meters, we offer the possibility to manufacture reinforced silicone tubing in any color, as well as include aramid reinforcement for applications that require higher resistance.
